Employee Data Entry and Locomotive Stabling Planning

At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as an employee:in data entry and locomotive placement (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at Hamburger Hafen. The aim of the site is to ensure a smooth, customer-oriented and non-discriminatory operating sequence through the documentation of vehicle movements as well as the planning and coordination of locomotive parking spaces on the infrastructure of the Hafenbahn Hamburg. Your tasks:

Planning, awarding and coordination of locomotive sites based on requests from railway undertakings Testing, cleaning and correction of vehicle movements and locomotive data and monitoring the proper use of the storage capacities recording, monitoring and documentation of vehicle locations and their changes in the area of the port by using the IT systems provided (e.g. transPORT rail, HPA operating control system) Communication with manoeuvring staff, railway undertakings and internal and external stakeholders to ensure trouble-free operation In order to ensure a smooth operation, you are ready to assist in other jobs in the MRP headquarters, e.g. short-term occupation failures, pause controls or work tips

Your profile:

Successfully completed vocational training (e.g. railwayer:in the service, freight forwarder-woman or comparable qualification) Experiences at offices with complex infrastructure desirable and basic knowledge of railway operations Very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as valid driving licence Embossed communication skills and joy in tuning with different interface partners:in Unrestricted suitability for shift, night, weekend and holiday services in accordance with relevant operational and legal requirements Safe handling of MS Office applications as well as affinity for digital applications and IT systems
