Design and further development of a project-specific cost controlling process Development of forecasts, target-actual analyses, budget analyses and ad-hoc analyses Planning, implementation and analysis of project key figures Cost and budget monitoring Key figures report on various bodies Implementation of a project reporting Compilation of economic calculations and analyses Adaptation of the project-determined input accounting process Participation in controlling in other projects

Complete bachelor's degree with a focus on controlling/finance, economic engineering, business informatics or a proven comparable qualification Multiannual (min. 3-year) professional experience in the field of controlling in the project environment Safe handling of costs in construction (DIN276) Knowledge of procurement and contract law (HOAI, VOB/A, VOB/B, VOF) is desirable IT and number affinity, a quick understanding and the interest to optimize internal processes are of course for you Reliability, self-initiative, team capacity, customer orientation and result-oriented working methods are your strengths Good to very good German knowledge (min. C1) Knowledge and experience in project management complete your profile
