Your tasks Responsible management, control and timely implementation of maintenance and rehabilitation measures Preparation and participation in the award of construction services in accordance with the applicable statutory regulations Coordination and control of the executive companies and internal participants during the construction process Monitoring of the construction site with regard to quality, costs, dates and compliance with contractual and technical requirements Ensuring compliance with the relevant laws, standards and regulations (including VOB, DIN, industrial protection and fire protection regulations) Coordination of the works involved and ensuring a smooth construction process Implementation of construction meetings and coordination with beneficiaries, specialist areas and contractors Examination of allowances, allowances and invoices as well as the execution of acceptances and prosecution of deficiencies and the transfer to the holding Documentation of the measure and preparation of the project-relevant documents Participation in the optimization of processes and standards in construction and maintenance management Ensuring and further developing quality management in the area of responsibility

Our requirements Complete university studies (Bachelor, Diploma [FH]) of the Department of Civil Engineering, Architecture or a comparable discipline. Alternatively, a successfully completed further training to the state-tested technician or master in construction or TGA with professional experience Professional experience in construction management, construction monitoring or project control experience in the implementation or monitoring of procurement procedures and good knowledge of procurement and contract law; Knowledge of VgV is advantageous Safe handling of the relevant statutory regulations, technical standards and regulations (including construction regulations Berlin, DIN standards, industrial protection and fire protection regulations) Experience in the professional management and coordination of project participants Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation and a high degree of organisational skills Impressed communication, cooperation and enforcement capabilities as well as safe and service-oriented occurrence Quality, time and cost awareness as well as economic thinking and action Ready to continue professional training Safe handling of current MS Office applications; Experiences with CAFM, SAP or project management systems are advantageous Class B driving licence is desirable Experiences in the hospital or laboratory environment are advantageous
