You take over the comprehensive staff support from employees – from onboarding to offboarding – and you are a competent consultant for employees on all questions about the employment relationship. You advise managers on all personnel topics – with sound knowledge in collective law (TVöD) and labour law. You assume the technical and administrative responsibility for the monthly pay billing with SAP – with the highest accuracy, care and proactive avoidance of errors. You are responsible for reporting and controlling and you start HR evaluations, key figures and reports You design and optimise HR processes – from pay billing to documentation to digital transformation.
