Pedagogical specialist for our mother-child group ''Kangaroo'' (m/f/d)

You support young mothers and their children in everyday life and help build a secure and sustainable mother-child bond. You accompany the mothers in the development of education, everyday and care skills and strengthen them as a mother. You promote the personal and social development of young mothers through targeted discussions, reflections and practical guidance. Together with your team, you develop individual help plans, accompany them actively and are the central contact person for mothers and children. You support mothers in managing traumatic experiences, biography work and strengthening their self-perception. You shape rituals, routines and day structures that provide mothers and children orientation and security. You work closely with youth offices, specialist physician:inside, therapist:inside and other institutions to ensure optimal support.

A completed training or study in the educational field, e.g. social education, social work, medical education or a comparable qualification. Sensitivity and joy in working with young mothers and their children in difficult situations of life. Want to strengthen families with creativity and commitment and open up new perspectives. Loadability and the ability to act flexibly even in challenging moments. Willingness to work in shiftwork to provide a reliable support to families around the clock.
