Real estate agent/clerk as case worker for appeals processing – rent management (m/f/d)

In the team we take over the communication of customer requests and accompany claims for modernization announcements for our nationwide stock. In your new activity, you will perform the following tasks:

Interface management: Work hand in hand with different specialist departments to process the requests of our tenants in a secure manner Keep an overview: You accompany the process from the appeal order to the conclusion of the action – you are not in court yourself, but you are the first of all from the organization of all necessary documents on the preparation of the opinion for the court and compliance with all deadlines: From Day 1: You have the opportunity to help with your ideas in process optimization to ensure customer satisfaction and thus have direct influence on the performance of a DAX group

You can inspire yourself to topics of real estate management and want to take responsibility Your studies, ideally with a focus on real estate or law, or your completed real estate training, as well as a completed training for lawyers, will benefit you Good time management and structured work allow you to keep an overview even in challenging situations You desire solution-oriented and have a high claim to the qualitative performance of your tasks Good knowledge of MS-Office completes your profile – in addition, first knowledge of SAP is of advantage, but are not a must – we will gladly teach you the necessary knowledge
