In your role as Sales Support (m/w/d) in credit consulting, you support our credit consulting teams in the daily business and help our customers get their credit even faster.

You are the support in the team and process the incoming and outgoing customer correspondence for our credit consultants (m/w/d), both by phone and in writing You increase customer satisfaction by quickly and competently solving incoming service requests You are the link between the customer and the bank and clear the processing levels with banks You collect and care customer data and take over further administrative activities for the team
