You process procurement procedures according to requirements, take the time monitoring, part number keying and the evaluation of data Correspondence to our suppliers in Germany and abroad is your responsibility You are responsible for the collection and maintenance of new supplier contacts You support complaint processing and support our product data For even more variety, you are also responsible for our reception, receiving external calls, registering and receiving visitors and service providers, organising our vehicle pool and being responsible for the room reservation

You have completed vocational training, preferably in the commercial sector At best you bring first professional experience in the commercial sector Your good knowledge of English allows you to provide a flowing supplier communication in word and writing You have good MS Office knowledge Your careful and concentrated work will help you organize your daily work independently With your open and friendly way, you bring fresh wind to our dynamic team
