For this client, conQuaesso is looking for a Deputy Head of Personnel(w/m/d)

As a permanent deputy staff management, you are in disciplinary responsibility for the entire personnel department. You take over the professional leadership of the staff service team and pay bill with eight employees and promote a structured and value-adding cooperation. Together with the staff management, you will design strategic HR topics and bring your ideas into the expanded management conference. You analyse existing human resources processes, develop them continuously and actively advance their digitization. In particular, you design the further development of the system landscape around Kidicap and Vivendi PEP. You ensure a legally compliant and high-quality billing of charges according to BAT-KF and are also responsible for the process of personnel cost planning, support personnel controlling and the creation of meaningful personal economic evaluations. As a competent contact person, you advise executives and employees in questions relevant to work, tariff, social insurance and charges and work confidently with the employee representation as well as external institutions.

You have completed training as a human resources businessman, an economics study with a focus on personnel or a comparable qualification. You have leadership experience in the social economy, want to take the next step in a responsible leadership role and bring a modern understanding of leadership. Multiannual professional experience in human resources management with well-founded knowledge in pay billing as well as in labour, wage tax, social security and collective bargaining law – ideally BAT-KF – awards you. High digital affinity as well as pleasure in analyzing, restructure and developing sustainable solutions complete your professional profile. You convince with a structuring, decision-making personality with strong communication strength, persuasiveness and empathy.
