You are responsible for the operational control and monitoring of one or more outsourced services in your field. You shall ensure that external service providers provide their services in accordance with the contract, identify risks at an early stage and treat them appropriately and that all necessary information is transmitted to the central outsourcing officer in time. Your tasks in detail You contribute to the creation, regular review and updating of the risk analyses for the outsourcing assigned to you. You accompany contracting, contract changes and terminations from a professional perspective and ensure the timely involvement of the central outsourcing officer. You monitor the performance quality and performance of the outsourcing companies. You check agreed performance indicators, service provider reports, audit and data protection reports and other relevant evidence. You identify performance deviations and risks at an early stage, initiate appropriate measures and follow their implementation. You shall ensure that contractually agreed reporting and verification obligations are met by the service providers in due time. You shall inform the central outsourcing officer without delay of any significant deviations, incidents, risks, oversights or relevant changes. You support the creation and testing of exit, insourcing or relocation options. You contribute to the annual reporting of outsourcing and maintain the necessary documentation.

Completed studies or comparable training with relevant professional experience. Funded knowledge in the responsible field as well as a good understanding of processes and external service provider control. Experience in contract, process, risk or supplier management is advantageous. Interest in regulatory requirements in the banking and financial services environment, in particular on outsourcing and ICT risks.
