You are the first person for tenants: women, service providers and authorities You rent apartments and commercial spaces independently, carry out visits and accompany the entire rental process until the conclusion of the contract You monitor payment flows, convert indexes and season rents, and set up additional cost bills – and make sure that numbers vote You coordinate craftsmen:inside and tax maintenance, renovations and minor modernizations – from commissioning to control You work pragmatically in the day-to-day business and help to keep processes clear, slim and functional, or further develop

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German knowledge according to language level B2 and good English knowledge You have well-founded real estate know-how, e.g. through a real estate training/studies or detectable multi-year practical experience in real estate management You have experience in managing residential or commercial properties and a good understanding of operational processes You are safer in dealing with rental law (living room or commercial space) as well as solid commercial understanding You think economically, recognize relationships and represent the interests of the owners: both sovereign and situation-oriented Career prospects:

Decisions are made quickly and unbureaucratic. You work independently and gain broad insights beyond classical administration, including project management and investment topics. You work in a family working environment without corporate policy.
