In this position, you maintain a firm customer object and provide together with colleagues to ensure that the Building technology works smoothly on site.

Your duties

• Implementation of maintenance in the respective structure

• Control procedures for checking plant conditions and technical Institutions

• Self-service repairs

• Surgery and damage

Your profile

• Completed training in the field of electrical, heating, ventilation, Sanitary, construction or in a comparable area

• Professional experience from a comparable activity

• High customer and service orientation

• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
