Junior / Senior Technical Business Specialist for the area of collective bargaining agreements (m/f/d)

As a Junior / Senior Technical Business Specialist, you are the central interface between department and IT. You combine technical know-how with technical implementation skills and ensure that requirements are implemented efficiently, without errors and quickly. Your contribution shortens voting processes and increases the quality of our solutions. You shape the digital future of ARAG KV by analyzing and optimizing business processes and specialist concepts and implementing innovative solutions You translate technical requirements into clear technical projects, concepts and solutions and control their implementation, development and maintenance together with IT and specialist areas You use your technical expertise to analyze errors and optimize existing systems You work with agile methods and ensure efficient coordination between stakeholders (e.g. IT, departments, etc.) You use access to source code and logs for error analysis and optimization You take the end-to-end response for request, test and release management - from idea to go-live You promote the (technical) knowledge transfer in the team and promote the further development of our technical standards

You have successfully completed your studies of (economic) informatics or have a comparable degree Ideally, you could already gain first experience in the environment of (private) health insurance As a senior, you bring multi-year experience in request and project management as well as in technical implementation, when Junior had you ideally already gained first experiences in these areas You already had first contact points with agile methods (e.g. Scum, Kanban) and the corresponding tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence), and you are familiar with modern project management frameworks (e.g. SAFe) As a senior, you have knowledge of IT architectures, interfaces and data models, as a junior you have already gained first knowledge You bring a high affinity for digital transformation and process automation You characterize your high analytical and structured thinking skills and your distinct problem competence You convince us by your structured, pragmatic and self-responsive way of working and your targeted action You enjoy working with various departments (e.g. IT) and stakeholders in the house Your strong communication skills and team skills as well as advanced German skills in word and writing (min. C1 level) complete your profile
