You coordinate the smooth cooperation between outlet and delivery houses and ensure transparent processes. You proactively inform branches and customers about shipment status, deviations and solutions. You ensure reliable support for our drivers as well as the departure houses and contribute significantly to a smooth transport process. You plan, organize and control special trips efficiently and solution-oriented. You edit and monitor shipments using Active Report, unloading reports, hall recordings, residual mail lists and other systems. You take over the professional processing of complaints and actively work on sustainable solutions.

You have completed vocational training, preferably Kaufmann (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or comparable. You have English knowledge in word and writing in B2-level. We assumed communication skills and team skills.
