You are responsible for operating the building and construction facilities as well as for the facilities of commercial properties You monitor maintenance and testing cycles You order, monitor and control repair measures You accompany foreign companies during maintenance and repair work as well as regular inspection tours You eliminate technical equipment and equipment You check compliance with legal regulations and regulatory requirements You create plant-related documentation and reporting You regularly participate in readiness outside the regular working time You take care of small repairs

Completed training preferably as an electrical installer, refrigeration engineer, plant mechanic - sanitary, heating and air conditioning, alternatively technical vocational training or comparable professional qualification Multiannual professional experience in the field of maintenance, inspection, repair and commissioning of building equipment Willingness to learn new and acquire cross-disciplinary expertise Flexibility, reliability and independent operation Team player with commitment and responsibility Good application knowledge in Microsoft Office programs driving licence class B
