You are a contact person (m/w/d) and a consultant (m/w/d) for executives of a defined support area in all People & Culture relevant issues along the value chain: personnel planning, procurement, control, and development You are responsible for controlling and accompanying organizational changes and change processes Advice on questions about collective and individual labour law is in your area of responsibility You take on trusted and active cooperation with the People & Culture expert teams, People & Culture service providers and employee representatives You support the implementation of the People & Culture and corporate strategy and corporate culture as a motor and multiplier Optimizing processes completes your task area

You can demonstrate a degree in Business Administration, Law or Psychology with a focus on human resources management Multiannual professional experience in operational personnel management You also have good knowledge of organisational development and labour law In addition to SAP HCM knowledge, you have change management skills and a strong consulting competence
