• Analysis, modelling, evaluation and optimization of operational processes of the departments

• Creation of process descriptions and IT requirements catalogues

• Coordination and coordination with internal IT areas

• Deep analysis of errors in applications, data flows or process logics as well as deriving sustainable solutions

• German and English language skills

• Good MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), EDI and SQL knowledge
