This makes this job interesting for me: 50Hertz has been committed to the energy transition for a long time. This significantly increases the requirements for digital control in network operation. In the field of market and system operation, it is therefore necessary to closely interlink numerous digitization initiatives. As an IT portfolio manager, I coordinate project planning and priority in exchange with diverse stakeholders. The role offers me an exciting interface between specialist areas on site, IT and the participating business areas of our parent company in Belgium. I design processes autonomously, actively promote digitization and support colleagues with my know-how – so I contribute to the success of our projects. My job: Intensive Stakeholder Management: Coordination of Resources and Budget Use, Process design and implementation: Active participation of portfolio planning processes, Priority: coordination and prioritization of projects, Optimization: Identification and sustainable closing of process and responsibilities, Knowledge transfer: training and support of the participants in my portfolio, Presentation: Evaluations of progress, costs and resources.

Completed study of economics or engineering, (economic) computer science or a comparable qualification, Experience in enterprise portfolio management or project/product management, ideally in the context of large companies, Embossed communication skills and competence, complex relationships to quickly capture, to prepare address-oriented and to construct conflicts moderating, expressed self-employment, hand-on mentality and high technical affinity, English (C1). No need, but of advantage: basic energy knowledge, French or Dutch language skills, Innovation capability and experience in dealing with low-code development environments such as PowerBI, PowerApps or Python, e.g. to create dashboards.
