You build the Data Intelligence area of the Forging (including AI lab) together with the head of the Forging.

You guide the Data Intelligence area and guide the five employees of the area professionally.

In coordination with the forging director, you develop the data and software core architecture as well as the corresponding development processes and tools in the field of data intelligence.

As part of our team, you have the opportunity to constantly design new applications as MVP together with our customers, product advertisers and architects.

Work with us in the Scrum team and develop data-driven applications and models with Python, R and C#, in the field of ML and classic algorithms.

Testing and documentation of applications and models are just as important as the maintenance, optimization and support of existing applications.

You ensure that front and backend, as well as our IoT components, work together smoothly and ensure interoperability.

Together with the POs, you will ensure a high utilisation of your team and high added value for the Bundeswehr.

You can present a completed master's degree in the IT environment in combination with ten years of professional experience

Your heart beats for data engineering and you already have at least ten years of experience in software development, data analysis and machine learning as well as the technical management of engineering teams.

Software and data architectures have been accompanying you for years.

You know and test the market and know usable algorithms and models.

White papers are like the morning newspaper for you.

You are a recognized expert in the field of “data crunching” and are topfit in Python, NumPy, Pandas and dply.

Guessing to recover data is easy for you and in frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch and caret you really know all functionality by heart.

Your profound ML skills allow you to decide when you develop models yourself with your team, use or expand foreign models.

You're a creative mind, you put your ideas into action and you like to work on the team.

You are open to constructive criticism and have a pronounced 'hands-on mentality'.

Agile development processes and methods like Scrum are familiar to you and you feel comfortable in this environment.

Negotiating German and good English skills complete your profile.
