Your tasks
Data protection advice: You advise specialist areas on all data protection issues and provide clear, pragmatic recommendations for action. Care/ further development of the data protection management system (DSMS): You are constantly developing the DSMS. Contract negotiation & Contract review: You check and negotiate contracts for data protection, confidentiality and IT services. Incident Management & Data Subject Rights: You process and coordinate data protection incidents as well as information, deletion, objection and rectification requests. Training: You are responsible for important training at NurembergMesse on data protection and work closely with our external data protection officer.
Legal qualifications, e.g. Diplom-Jurist/ Diplom-Juristin, Wirtschaftsjurist/ Wirschaftsjuristin (LL.B./LL.M.), Volljurist/ Volljurist or comparable trainings Practical experience in data protection in the company or in consulting Safe handling of DSFA, AVV, SCCs, TOMs and data transfer equipment Structured and independent operation Ability to communicate responsively and at eye level Very good German knowledge (min. C1 or higher) and very good English knowledge Responsive and forward-looking thinking – You are open to change, you can pragmatically and proactively tackle things and drive them forward independently.
