Shift supervisor in packaging in a 3-shift system (m/f/d)

Cavendish & Harvey Confectionery GmbH is a producer and supplier of high quality confectionery ‘Made in Germany’. At the headquarters in the north of Hamburg we employ about 200 people candy in golden cans with powder sugar, especially for the premium brand “Cavendish & Harvey”, which is successfully distributed in more than 100 countries.

Ensuring and monitoring the proper production process including Operating data acquisition Staff management and deployment planning Organisation and implementation of requirements in quality and quantity Work preparation and organization Creating and Booking Work Orders, Announcement of Material Creation

Complete training in the technical or mechanical field, e.g. food technicians, machine inverters or machine and plant operators Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in the food sector first experience in personnel management Computer knowledge (SAP, MS-Office)
