You are working on the development and implementation of exciting initiatives of personnel development. You are responsible for your own small projects relating to career management, talent programs and employee and executive development. You prepare communication in different formats for employees and executives. You organize internal trainings, workshops and events, and you take the vote with external partners: inside, communicating with participants, and nursing in the LMS.

Continuous studies in psychology, BWL or HR or a comparable discipline First experience in human resources Embossed communicative skills and high team orientation A high degree of reliability and certainty Organizational institution Routinized handling of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and digital media German and English language skills in word and writing You have about 18 hours a week and ideally want to support us for at least 6 months or more.
