Career skills Examined training in healthcare, ideally with ICW additional qualification and/or homecare experience. However, both are not a prerequisite. Joy in wound care You have already gained first experience in the care of wounds, have already worked as a “wound nurse”, “wound caregiver” or wound manager, are a wound expert or are ready to train you to the wound expert (ICW).
