In your new role, you take over the legal advice of the company in building and real estate law as well as adjacent areas (e.g. public building law, neighboring law). The focus of your activity lies in the support and consultation of construction projects and in the design, testing and negotiation of civil law contracts You support the Group areas in various legal issues and in the enforcement and defence of claims In addition, you are actively involved in the definition of processes and organizational structures, in particular in connection with new legal requirements and control external law firms

You have completed your legal studies with the first and second legal state exams above average well In addition, you have professional experience in an economic law firm or in the legal department of a company You have profound knowledge in private and public building law, architect law and real estate law You are distinguished by a pragmatic, solution-oriented, efficient and independent way of working.
