Receivables Management Clerk (m/f/d)

A task that challenges. You carry out dunning proceedings from the creation of reminders, the application of executing decisions on the initiation of enforced executions and the monitoring of payment receipts.

You register receivables in bankruptcy tables after the opening of the procedure and check the quota payments.

You conduct and coordinate declaration or Initiation proceedings in cooperation with external lawyers:inside and if necessary Competent authorities:inside and oversee the payment inputs.

You will check incoming invoices for accuracy and release payments, among other things, payment orders for judgments and cost fixing decisions.

You are responsible for post-processing (scanning, digital inbox, forwarding) and the creation and maintenance of files in the document management systems.

You have an independent way of working and your good communication skills will help you work with different areas within and outside your team.

You work structured and carefully and are professional in dealing with MS Office (especially Excel) as well as experienced in dealing with document management systems.

You are motivated to introduce new ideas into projects around our digitalization projects and system follow-ups.

You have completed training as a lawyer:r or a comparable qualification in commercial, administrative or legal fields. Ideally, you have already been able to gain experience in debt management and bring knowledge into debt collection, enforcement and insolvency proceedings.
