Manager Funding & Innovation Projects (m/f/d)

the identification, search and evaluation of suitable funding programmes at EU, federal and national level; the independent development and structuring of eligible innovation projects in the fields of AI, robotics, MedTech, biotechnology and digital supply, the design, coordination and creation of funding applications including coordination with project partners, consortia and funding providers; the independent control of ongoing funding and innovation projects over the entire project course; monitoring project targets, schedules, budgets, deadlines and funding conditions; the responsibility for reporting, medium-calls, demonstration and project documentation to funding providers and project promoters, ensuring the implementation of all projects in compliance with the requirements of content, organisation and administrative requirements; close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams from medicine, technology, development, project management and management, coordination of all internal and external project participants and the control of relevant interfaces; communication with funding providers, project promoters, research partners, universities, companies and other network partners, the creation of presentations, decision templates, project documents and reports for management and other stakeholders, observing current developments, trends and funding opportunities in the areas of health, innovation, digitization, AI, robotics and MedTech as well as deriving appropriate recommendations for action.

have completed studies in the field of business management, innovation management, project management, life sciences, medical technology, engineering, economics, natural sciences or comparable qualifications, already bring experience in funding management, project management, innovation management, or in the support of research and development projects, ideally have knowledge in the handling of public funding programs, project promoters and funding providers, bring a strong interest in topics such as AI, automation, robotics, MedTech, biotechnology and digital health solutions, are able to quickly capture complex topics, to prepare them in a structured manner and to render them understandable, have a good analytical understanding and a structured and solution-oriented way of working, have the joy of interdisciplinary cooperation and exchange with internal and external project partners, communicate convincingly, professionally and addressably – both in writing and oral, safe in handling MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, are and ideally bring experience with project management or funding software, work independently, responsibly and proactively and like to take responsibility, feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and have an interest in actively shaping future topics, then you are right with us.
