Head of HR Heavy-Duty Logistics (m/f/d)

You assume the overall strategic and operational responsibility for the HR sector within our heavy-duty logistics and develop this future-oriented As an austerity partner of the management and executives, you advise on all personal and labour law issues You guide, develop and coach your HR team and ensure clear structures, efficient processes and high service orientation The further development of personal strategies along the special requirements of heavy-duty logistics – from recruiting to personnel development to the binding of professionals and managers – is your responsibility You actively accompany organisational developments, change processes and growth projects and implement them together with the specialist areas You ensure compliance with legal, tariff and operational frameworks and work constructively with internal and external interfaces

A completed study with HR focus, e.g. business management, economic psychology or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional and leadership experience in HR, ideally in a logistics, industrial or commercial environment Knowledge of working and social law and experience in the design of modern HR structures and processes Impressed communication and consulting skills, enforcement strength and a high level of empathy and decision-making A structured, solution-oriented approach and the ability to combine operational topics with strategic vision Safe handling of MS Office and HR systems as well as a high affinity for digital HR solutions
