We are looking for an employee in the Netherlands (m/w/d).

As a direct contact you have an open ear for the wishes of our customers and partners You will process the incoming correspondence from customers and partners on all questions regarding the contract as well as for damage processing and inform them about our products and conditions In our inventory management system, you carry out changes in contract and master data, process requests and place new sales partners

You have first experiences in the field of expertise and/or customer care or are cross-comers with communications talent You bring profound knowledge of the Dutch language (at least C1 level) and good knowledge of German and English in word and writing with Dealing with MS Office and other software applications is not strange to you A good team spirit is important to you and you are accustomed to an independent and solution-oriented approach You live an open feedback culture and like to introduce yourself with your own ideas
