We are looking for a full-time or part-time nursing service (m/w/d) in Paderborn. For more than 30 years, the Sonnenblume Häusliche Alten- und Krankenpflege GmbH has been supporting seniors, seniors and people in need of care in their home environment. As a family-run company, we are firmly established in the region and value personal cooperation, reliable service planning and a warm working atmosphere.

As a recognized training establishment, we regularly accompany trainees on their way to the nursing profession. In addition, we work as a palliative car care service and accompany people with special care and palliative care needs.

Your tasks

• You carry out the outpatient basic and treatment care at our clients.
• You take care of house visits and document the services provided.
• You support people in everyday life and contribute to maintaining their independence as long as possible.
• You advise clients, clients and relatives on nursing questions.
• You are involved in prevention and day care services.
• You support our trainees in day care and accompany them during their practical application.
• If you have a corresponding qualification, you will be able to call on weekends, public holidays or to represent the nursing service

What you bring

• Good knowledge of German in word and writing.
• Class B license.
• readiness for early and late services as well as weekends and holidays.
• Qualification as a nurse or a nursing training required for the position.
• Interest in professional development and further training.

Content and Benefits

Compensation based on AVR Caritas. The specific grouping depends on qualifications and professional experience

• Full-time or part-time with 50 to 75 percent of employment.
• Early service from 6:00.
• Late service from 3:30.
• Individual service requests are taken into account if possible.
• Regular further and further training possibilities.
• Support for further training to the practical manager or to the Palliative Care specialist.
