Project work: As part of our junior program, you will have the opportunity to actively participate in in interdisciplinary projects and to gain an extensive insight into the various topics of the SWO network. Entrance: Your home port is the process and project management department. Here you will get to know the methods of modern project management. From there, you will be actively involved in the daily business and get to know the entire SWO network with the different disciplines. Development: Together with you, we want to develop your professional perspectives. Find out which of the topics fits you with us and offers you a long-term perspective.
