Projektmanager (m/w/d); (m/w/d) in full time at the next possible time. Maintenance SHK: You carry out maintenance measures in the field of sanitary, heating and climate, taking into account the relevant regulations. Documentation: You document all services legally and support the maintenance of the plant documentation in the CAFM system. Cross-trade cooperation: You work in the domestic engineering team in all areas of construction maintenance. Construction and maintenance support: You support professional construction and maintenance activities of other departments and external companies. Ready to call: You participate in the willingness to call and are available if necessary.

You have a completed training as a plant mechanic:in for sanitary, heating and air conditioning, as a central heating and ventilation manufacturer:in or as a gas and water installer:in (m/w/d). You have knowledge of relevant rules and good computer skills; Experience with MT-BT data/CAFM systems is advantageous. With your good understanding, you analyze technical problems and troubleshoot the application reliably. Working pleasure, team skills and service orientation shape your working day, and you bring willingness to further and further training measures. You have several years of professional experience and possess the driving class B.
