Structure, care and sustainable maintenance of customer relationships in the field of medicine & maintenance Active new customer acquisition and consulting of existing customers Disposition and deployment planning of nurses and medical staff as part of the transfer of workers Recruitment, support and binding of employees Ensuring high service and support quality for customers and employees Close cooperation with customers, applicants and internal contact persons

Experience as a personnel/distributor in the transfer of workers, ideally in the medical-care sector Embossed sales orientation and joy in new customer acquisition Communication strength, negotiation skills and safe occurrence Organisational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working Knowledge of employee transfer law (AÜG), labour law or personnel services are advantageous Class B driving licence
