Working Student Personnel Marketing & Events (m/f/d)

As a working student:in the field of personal marketing & events, you take the following, diverse tasks: Participation in personal marketing: support in the development and implementation of measures for the targeted approach of students: women and students. Event planning & implementation: organisation and support of career fairs, recruiting events, school visits and internal event formats. Employer-Branding: Participation in the further development of our junior marketing formats (e.g. pupils:internal campaigns, university cooperations, apprenticeship & student marketing). Research & Trend Analysis: Identification of relevant trends, channels and formats for target group-oriented further development of personal marketing. Evaluation & Success Control: Analysis and Evaluation of Communication and Marketing Measures for Continuous Optimization of Our Strategies. Own project acquisition: cooperation with various stakeholders:inside, and participation and acceptance of responsibility in the planning and implementation of strategic projects.

You are a student:in – ideally in the degree programme Marketing, BWL, Communication Sciences, Event Management or a comparable degree program. Practical experience: First experiences in personal marketing, employer branding, event management or corporate communication are of advantage. Creativity & audience understanding: You have a good sense of creative, modern and targeted communication – both in text and in image. readiness to travel: We require a readiness for business trips within Germany (e.g. for site visits, fairs or other events). Own Initiative & Hands-on-Mentality: You're proactive, you're working on your own themes, you're thinking, and you're enjoying driving things on your own and getting involved. Language knowledge: You communicate safely and precisely – in writing and oral – in German (at least C1 level) and ideally also in English.
