For the processing of room reservations, both by phone and in writing, we are looking for a dedicated personality who wants to face new challenges and to strengthen our current team.

The legendary Hotel Adlon Kempinski, right next to Germany's most famous landmark, the Brandenburg Gate, has fascinated its guests from close and far since 1907. Berlin's leading luxury hotel has 385 elegant hotel rooms and suites, three restaurants including the 2 Michelin stars award-winning Lorenz Adlon dining room and exclusive event rooms for up to 500 people.

Acceptance, processing and control of daily incoming individual reservations Detailed individual advice of our guests on the phone taking into account our quality standards Collection of the reservation-relevant data in the PMS system and the permanent maintenance of the guest data Close cooperation with all other operational departments

You have first experiences in the same position in the elevated hotel industry of advantage You speak very good German and English You have a positive radiance and a communicative personality You have a professionalism in handling our demanding and international guests You are a team player and like to share your knowledge with others You have a reliable, responsible and independent way of working You have a passion for the profession and a high quality claim to your work You are ready to work on weekends and holidays in the rolling system (by schedule) You ideally have Opera PMS knowledge
