Social worker/social pedagogue (B.A./M.A.) for the management of the clinical social service (m/f/d)

Head of stationary, semi-stationary and outpatient social services (approximately 30 employees, all locations). Central contact person for all social matters. Close interdisciplinary cooperation with medicine, care, therapy and clinic management. Advising and accompanying patients on social, financial, legal and psychosocial issues. Organisation and introduction of rehabilitation, supply and dismissal processes with internal and external partners. Technical management, promotion and development of employees in social services. Maintenance and development of external networks (reha facilities, cost-benefits, social services). Participation in concept development, clinic organization and regional supply development. Ensuring and documentation of social services (e.g. SGB V, IX, XI, Dismissal management).

You have a completed study in the field of social work as well as professional experience and ideally first management experience. A therapeutic additional qualification or vocational training would be desirable. You ideally have didactic skills and willingness to participate in training, symposia and other public events. You possess strong communication, leadership and team competence as well as an empirical, organized and solution-oriented way of working. You have experience in the stationary and/or outpatient treatment of mentally ill people as well as good knowledge of the psychiatric work field or Auxiliary services. You have as much experience as possible in the (social-psychiatric) committee work. You have a secure knowledge of social law and basic knowledge of the working conditions in the public service. You possess planning skills and understanding of the economic requirements of the hospital. You have experience in dealing with authorities and administrations. Safe handling of common documentation software and digital tools in the healthcare sector is familiar to you. Your professional training is your concern.
