Planning, implementation, coordination and control of administrative processes of the Secretariat of the branch management by order, objective and appointment Self-fulfilment of correspondence Reporting for the Supervisory Board including appointment coordination and protocol creation Preparation, planning and implementation of all subsequent operations for business trips Responsibility for hosting and accommodation of all customers and guests during visits Organization of customer and internal events Participation in prequalification for public contracts

Completed commercial training or completed studies Multiannual experience in the field of secretariat/assistance Industry knowledge is advantageous Knowledge in MS Office especially Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Self-employed, quality-oriented and conscientious work Organizational talent with safe occurrence Professional link between management and internal and external interlocutors Very good German and good English skills
