Legal excellence is an integral part of our security architecture. As a specialist in high-security IT solutions, we are responsible for particularly protective IT infrastructures at Genoa – and thereby meet the highest requirements for compliance, contract design and regulatory security. To strengthen our Legal Affairs department, we are looking for you at our Kirchheim location near Munich.

You design, audit and negotiate contracts and legal statements (e.g. NDA, AGB, partner agreements) in German and English You care about contract management and develop it further The legal advice of our departments – especially with a focus on IT contract law – is in your area of responsibility You prepare legal opinions and sound decision recommendations You create and update internal templates and guidelines, taking into account current legislation and jurisdiction Legal and regulatory developments are always at a glance You actively work with internal projects and take special tasks You support AI-based data management in contract management

Successfully completed studies of law (ideally 2nd State Exams, at least 1st State Exams) Professional experience in a company or in a law firm Experience in negotiating contracts – also in English Ideal knowledge in IT law Interest in IT security and technical relationships Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Convincing and safe occurrence and pronounced service orientation readiness for paper-poor, strongly digitized operation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Ability to flexibly prioritize and efficiently control tasks Behave with us - even if you mean not to be able to fulfill everything that stands here.
