Team: Working with motivated colleagues in the Oberschwaben/Bodensee region and shaping sustainable solutions together New customer production: You actively attract new customers in your sales area and build long-term business relationships Customer advice: You agree personal appointments, analyze individual needs and develop suitable solutions Contract conclusion: You conduct sovereign price negotiations and successfully bring sales processes to completion Order management: You coordinate the introduction of our disposal services and ensure a smooth operation of the logistics processes Sales strategy: You actively participate in the implementation of our strategic sales goals and are in regular exchange with the sales management Sustainability: You are interested in sustainable topics and contribute to environmental and resource protection with your work

Education: You have successfully completed a commercial or technical vocational training Sales experience: You have experience in sales and understand themselves as sales professionals. Ideally, you already bring first industry knowledge New customer acquisition: The extraction of new customers is yours – you work targeted, you like to pack yourself and show a pronounced hands-on mentality Customer orientation: Daily customer contact makes you happy. You know how to build trust and lay the foundation for a successful business relationship Personality: You encounter people empathically, communicate at eye level and set up your social competence in a targeted and profitable manner Expertise: You have good MS Office skills and bring a pronounced number affinity with Mobility: You like to travel and have a class B driving licence
