Account Manager (m/w/d)

Systeex Brandschutzsysteme GmbH is a medium-sized company headquartered in Hanau. With the Systeex brand, we are among the top 5 of our fire protection industry. We are represented in Germany with more than 20 locations, including our own pipe production in Elmenhorst. Our group includes five subsidiaries with a total of around 700 employees.

Systeex manufactures and installs sprinkler, spray water quenching, high-pressure water mist, special extinguishing and fire alarm systems. Our extensive range includes individual fire protection concepts as well as the maintenance and repair of all plants.

Accounting of daily payment inputs Care, testing and coordination of debitor accounts including clarification of open items Independent processing of all business incidents in the field of debitor accounting Implementation of dunning and monitoring and tracking of open claims Close cooperation with receivable management to clarify complex issues Contact person (m/w/d) Processing of customer requests for invoices, payments and accounts Participation in the optimization of accounting processes and processes in the debitor region

Mind. 3 years of professional experience in financial accounting or in a comparable position Knowledge in the ERP system Nevaris desirable Good knowledge of tax law and the Commercial Code Safe handling of MS Office applications Practice-oriented, independent and self-responsible operation Teamability, Reliability and Responsibility
