Completed nursing exam or a nursing academic degree Successfully completed training for the management of a station or an area At least two years of leadership experience, ideally within the care Impressed social competence as well as high leadership, method and communication strength Collaboration readiness, team capacity, flexibility and resilience Knowledge of generalist nursing training is desirable A completed training on the practical instructions is advantageous
