• Designing and implementing a new innovative Lean concept at the paediatric IMC station
• Responsive activity in a multi-professional team

• Experience in the supply of complex diseases of pediatrics

About the new IMC area

The University Children's Hospital covers the diagnosis and therapy of children of all ages in a variety of diseases, development disorders or malformations. The new interdisciplinary IMC station / Intermediate Care Station of the Children's Hospital offers an innovative working environment with modern lean concept, electronic patient records and current nursing standards. The personnel requirement is regularly evaluated and adapted by continuous demand measurement (INPULS / PPR). As a university clinic, we attach great importance to the integration of the most recent nursing scientific findings from our own research into practice.
