Multiannual experience in digital product organization, consulting, agile governance or organisational development Practical experience in introduction, scaling and further development of Scrum (e.g. via Jira & Confluence) Strong consulting and moderation competence (DE/EN) and empathic stakeholder management at eye level Targeted, empirical driving of changes also against resistance and the ability to visualize complex topics in a receiver-oriented manner Affinity for AI and interest to develop topics with tools like Gemini or ChatGPT Joy in setting agile standards and at the same time the self-organization of the teams to true
