The administration and supervision of HR systems, in particular Interflex 6020/6040 and ADP Paisy, ADP Archive and ADP Travel, are your responsibility. User management, permissions and rights management in the mentioned systems take over reliably. Departments support you in all IT issues relating to personnel, time and travel costs processes. Plan and actively implement rollouts, updates and system optimizations. The documentation of the systems and processes will help you to optimize workflows. By working well with the HR team, make sure that the systems always meet the current requirements.

Complete training in the field of IT or personnel or studies with a corresponding focus. Experience in the administration of HR systems, ideally with Interflex and ADP systems. Knowledge in user management, authorization management and system care. Analytical and structured operation as well as high service orientation. Teamability, communication strength and responsibility awareness.
