Location: Furniture house XXXLutz Bopfingen- parttime

Tasks

• Preparation, preparation and output of hot and cold dishes. Preparation of meals of breakfast and salad buffet, preparation of salad plates, canapés
• Preparation mise en place
• Maintenance and cleaning of work areas, refrigerated houses and warehouses. Additional activities in the further areas of the restaurant.
• Compliance with general procedures/standards
• Compliance with hygiene requirements according to HACCP

Qualifications

• Experience in gastronomy desirable but no requirement
• German knowledge C1/C2
• Engaged use and independent work
• Friendly appearance to guests and colleagues
• Flexibility and loadability
• Team skills
