The service of our customer service centres takes care of the performance accounting of our insured persons. Then get yourself in: The benefits of our insured persons are your specialty: With high quality and good customer service, you will process all business incidents around the performance requirements of our customers. For our customers and sales partners, you are the contact person: You are competently answering all questions of the customers and sales partners regarding the performance claims and are always customer- and solution-oriented even in case of complaints. You can organize yourself well: You can structure your tasks well in terms of content and time and always keep an overview. Complicated cases require your cooperation with experts: In case of unclearness within the performance requirements, experts will be added to be able to expertly accompany the clarification process.

Training: You have completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance or a completed medical training Experience: Ideally, you have already (first) experience in the service or medical practices / hospitals. Knowledge: You are familiar with the billing in health insurance or healthcare. Personality: You are team players and appreciate the exchange with your colleagues as well as the service-oriented communication with customers. For this, you also like to access the telephone receiver.
