Employee Back Office – Receivables Management (m/f/d)

Organisation and implementation of administrative activities for the team Pre- and post-preparation of meetings including appointment and room coordination as well as possibly Minutes Maintenance of repositories, documentation and storage structures Procurement and management of office materials and other resources Processing and forwarding of customer requests and preparation of correspondence Conducting research and evaluation and processing of data Collection of economic information (e.g. apron, credit reform, commercial register) Management and archiving of files in the document management system Participation in projects and working groups to optimize business processes

Complete training as a real estate businessman or a comparable qualification Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the real estate environment Knowledge of enforcement law is advantageous Impressed organisational and communication skills and very good time management Service orientation, team capacity and resilience also in work-intensive phases Secure handling of Microsoft Office, ideally also SAP
