Supply-Chain-Manager (m/f/d)

Central procurement of strategic components for the receiving plants in the global production network Order processing, including order acquisition/confirmation and invoice creation/ clarification as well as delivery status monitoring Creation of shipping and export documents and processing of inquiries and complaints Customer Service, Disposition and Purchasing Fung as a contact person for operational issues in the daily business Monitoring of goods supply based on forecasts, orders, stocks and capacities for internal and external suppliers Taxation of supply bottlenecks and deescalation management Coordination of supply of raw materials for suppliers Monitoring of component quality complaints to suppliers and assessing the impact on goods supply Creation of SCM-relevant reporting Supply chain analyses for identifying and developing optimization potentials and increasing transparency in processes along the value chain Integration of appropriate IT systems and FK standards

Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. to the industrial merchant or merchant for forwarding and logistics services, or a comparable qualification First professional experience in supply chain management, purchasing or logistics Good IT skills, especially with Excel and SAP MM/SD Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing High loadability and self-motivation Good communication and team skills Result-oriented working and analytical thinking High level of customer orientation, collaborative ability, enforcement capability and flexibility
