In order to be able to safely process and transport optics, demanding and safe toolings are needed. To meet the cleanliness requirements in the process chain, we need appropriate cleaning processes. For the development of cleaning processes, we are looking for a dedicated scientific staff to strengthen our young and dynamic team. They will develop wet-chemical processes for cleaning optics toolings with a wide range of cleanliness requirements for the clean and grey areas and transfer them to series production

They will guide the corresponding work packages and will be responsible for timing, performance and costs in coordination with the respective project manager.

You will examine the surface of the components on inorganic, organic, molecular and particulate contaminations using analytical methods to optimize the quality and efficiency of our processes

They will systematically discard fault causes in process deviations and changes and support them in the Troubleshooting case

As part of your task, you also work with external service providers and suppliers and support them on site as needed

a successfully completed study in the fields of chemistry, chemical engineering or a related area, ideally with promotion and/or practical experience

Experience in the field of wet chemical cleaning and etching processes

Knowledge of surface analysis, e.g. AFM, XPS, residual gas analysis, TOF-SIMS

Experience in the safe handling of hazardous materials and knowledge in the field of flow technology are advantageous

a high level of team and cooperation capability, hands-on mentality, loadability and a solution-oriented operation

Communication strength as well as excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing
