Planning efficient assembly processes and ergonomic workstations taking into account capacities, resources and equipment requirements Creation, maintenance and further development of production documents (work plans, work instructions) based on piece lists, drawings and 3D models analysis and evaluation of existing production processes in terms of efficiency, quality and economic efficiency; derivation and implementation of improvement measures along the value flow Assessment of new technical product developments with regard to ready-to-install, quality and costs Support in the creation of cost comparisons and cost-effectiveness calculations Active cooperation in product development projects and the introduction of new production processes and plants

Complete technical vocational training

Multiannual professional experience in assembly or Production environment REFA basic training mandatory Knowledge in the field of electrical engineering Structured, reliable and targeted mode of operation and communication and enforcement strength Safe handling of lists and work plans Very good MS Office knowledge; Experience in handling ERP systems (e.g. Infor LN) and PLM systems (e.g. Albatros) desirable
