Senior Product Manager E-Invoicing (m/f/d)

■ Take product responsibility for JOUBINI E-Invoice, our SaaS solution for e-invoicing and e-reporting from SAP, and continuously develop it together with your Scrum team.

■ You run systematic Product Discovery, validate customer needs as well as value and viability risks at an early stage and make sure that product decisions are based on resilient findings.

■ You’ll explore global market and technology developments as well as regulatory mandates (e.g. ViDA, Peppol) and translate them into future-proof product strategies.

■ You answer the problem Space E-Invoice: You are responsible for the Outcome-oriented product roadmap, prioritize the Product Backlog and accompany initiatives from the first idea to the successful release.

■ You accompany pilot projects and strategic early adopters until productive use and transfer findings from customer projects into standardized, scalable product functions.

■ As a Product Owner, you work closely with Software Engineers and the Scrum Master, form clear user stories and meet sound prioritization decisions.

■ You shape the value proposition of the product, drive the competitive differentiation and develop market-oriented approaches for pricing and product packaging together with Product Sales and Marketing.

■ You define and analyze relevant key figures for product success and then take specific measures to further develop the product.

■ You are in close contact with customers as well as colleagues from consulting, sales, support and other product teams to understand market needs, transfer them to scalable standard solutions and actively shape the product strategy and positioning of JOUBINI.

■ You have several years of experience in B2B product management or as a Product Owner and can safely balance technical, technical and economic requirements against each other.

■ You work analytical, evidence-based and data-driven and have demonstrated this through a completed study in relevant discipline or a comparable qualification with well-founded practice experience.

■ Ideally, you know processes around e-invoicing, e-reporting, finance as well as SAP SD and FI. More importantly, your ability to work quickly into complex technical and regulatory issues is yours.

■ You can translate complex technical and legal requirements into understandable product requirements and user stories and discuss them in a targeted manner with customers, departments and development teams.

■ Product management you understand as team sports: You bring different perspectives together, convince with strong stakeholder management and inspire for common goals.

■ You have a good understanding of modern SaaS products, get inspired by technology and can evaluate technical feasibility, effort and risks together with engineering teams at eye level

■ You work independently and structured, meet well-founded decisions and bring things to the goal with a high level of implementation.

■ You speak German and English fluently, feel comfortable in an international working environment and are open to occasional travel activities in Germany and abroad.
